Bengaluru leads India's office rental growth at 11.5 per cent in Q3 2026, matching Tokyo

Bengaluru recorded 11.5% annual growth in prime office rents in Q3 2026, matching Tokyo, while Mumbai and Delhi-NCR rose 4% and 5.4%. Leasing across the three Indian markets fell 13.6% year-on-year to 7.6 million sq ft, Knight Frank said.
